Rider Requirements

• Must be at least 18 and provide a valid identification
• Minor(s) should be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Proper footwear required - closed-toe athletic shoes only
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory; it will be provided
• Riders should be at least 5 ft tall (152 cm), unless rider ability permits comfortable stopping and starting of the bicycle
• Rider weight must not exceed 265 lbs (120 kg) due to battery capacity and available power
• A waiver needs to be signed before the ride
• A credit card is required as a security deposit for damages and reservation; any damage to the bike is the rider's responsibility
• Bring your own sunglasses - the Nevada sun is strong, and they protect your eyes against flies and other projectiles
• Pregnant women cannot be accepted due to the risk of falling

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations
• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your reservation time and are refunded in full
• Cancellations made inside 24 hours cannot be refunded, altered, or exchanged
• We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to bad weather or other reasons affecting EzRideLV - if we cancel, you receive a full refund
